The entirely openwork apron displays a network of scrolls, volutes, and floral motifs, enhanced on each side by a finely repoussé bronze medallion depicting a lion. The four cabriole legs, carved with vegetal motifs, terminate in stylized claws, lending the piece a slender and elegant silhouette.
A stretcher shelf, also openwork and centered with a bronze medallion depicting a beautiful bird in flight surrounded by clouds, reinforces the stability while enriching the decorative appeal of the piece. The entire work testifies to the meticulous craftsmanship of talented artisans.
