Set of six St. Louis crystal Rhine wine glasses (or roemers), Tommy pattern, with assorted colored overlay crystal: cobalt blue, rose red, turquoise, green, chartreuse green, and amethyst.
The Tommy pattern, an iconic Saint Louis design, has been produced for many decades and is still in production today. A symbol of the craftsmanship and refinement of which the crystalworks is capable, Tommy was featured in the 1930 St. Louis tableware catalog and truly earned its reputation at a dinner held in the Hall of Mirrors in 1938 in honor of King George VI.
A recent production, our set of glasses all bears the St. Louis signature acid-etched on the base.
They are in perfect condition. Crystal clear, no chips or cracks.
