Large Baccarat crystal vase in cobalt blue lined with white opaline, with Louis XVI or Empire style "peint à l'or" (fine gold gilding) decoration.

An early production from 1890-1900, our vase does not bear the crystal maker's signature. The shape is listed in the 1916 special cut crystal catalog. 2 years ago, we also sold 2 other Baccarat vases: one orange (https://www.gslr-antiques.com/fr/boutique/cristal/vase-cristal-baccarat-lauriers-opaline-orange-doree.php) and the other red (https://www.gslr-antiques.com/fr/boutique/cristal/vase-cristal-baccarat-lauriers-opaline-rouge-doree.php) with identical finishes and retained their labels.

A fine collector's item in a very rare finish, in very good condition: no accidents, some local wear to the gilding.
