Liqueur bottle in Baccarat crystal, Michelangelo (or Michelangelo) model.

The Michelangelo model, listed in the 1933 Baccarat des Arts de la Table catalog, was created in the late 1920s. The arabesque-engraved design recalls the decorations of the great Italian master who gave it its name. Its success has led to it being adapted in many forms, including vases, boxes, centerpieces, perfume bottles...

Our decanter does not bear the crystal maker's signature (production prior to 1936, when Baccarat replaced the paper label with a stamp).

It is the luxury version with a solid silver neck ring, bearing the Minerve 1er Titre (.950) solid silver hallmark and the hallmark of the silversmith Ravinet d'Enfert.

A fine collector's item in perfect condition.
