Pair of Baccarat Art Nouveau transparent cylindrical Venetian ribbed vases with enameled anemone decoration in relief. The ends are enhanced with fine gold. Similar model listed in the Old Baccarat Tableware catalog. It bears no Baccarat signature: early 20th-century production, prior to 1936, when Baccarat began systematically affixing its acid signature to its products. In very good condition, some wear in the enamel Measures: 20x7.5cm
Venetian stripes, a style in which the inside of the glassware is slightly undulated in vertical stripes, is a technique often seen in French glassware and vases that was popular from the late 19th to the early 20th century.
