Galerie Georgette Art Nouveau offers you this pretty pair of decorated vases from the JOMA brand. JOMA was a glassworks factory in the Paris region (Montreuil Sous Bois) at the beginning of the 20th century. Very little known, this factory produced painted glass vases in particular in the period 1927-1947. The factory worked a lot in export.
The model presented here by Galerie Georgette has a rather Japanese decor with mountains in the background and a lake with an island covered in vegetation in the foreground. The colors used at the time are in shades of blue. The pattern is very soothing and pleasant to look at and the pair of glassware is of a very beautiful decorative quality.
The pair of glassware is in very good condition.
