Large charcoal drawing with white chalk highlights, representing a little girl holding in her hands a turtle dove, symbol of sweetness, peace and innocence (also announces the return of spring). This work on bistre paper is of a high quality of execution produced by a woman. It is signed in the sheet at the bottom right (see photo). Note a tear at the top (weakened paper). Very beautiful frame in gilded wood. Some wear on the frame due to age. Dimensions 78h x 48l with frame.
