    Exceptional in size and quality of execution photogravure with watercolor after a painting by Charles Edward Perugini (1839 Napoli -1918 London)«Lovers in a Garden».
    Photogravure edited by Goupil, put in colors (watercolor) by the master colorist of the workshop to serve as a model for other colourists.
    Excellent & perfect condition of conservation, never restored nor cleaned, nor framed.

    The original painting, known as "Lovers in a Garden" (here retitled "The World Forgetting" by Goupil) was sold to an american private collector by Whyte's auction Dublin on the 12th march 2012.
