Albert SÉBILLE is the son of Ernest Léopold Sébille, architect, and Eugénie Marie Richard.
He is a student of Jean Léon Gérôme at the École des beaux-arts in Paris.
He was appointed official painter of the Navy in 1906.
He died in Paris on June 8, 1953.
