Vintage bow brooch - Ruby diamonds on yellow gold - 1980s

Clip brooch in 18k (750°/°°) yellow gold featuring a stylized bow with domed volumes. The sides are set with brilliant-cut diamonds of excellent quality weighing approx. 4 carats, underlined by lines of calibrated rubies weighing approx. 3 carats. French work from the 1980s in the style of Van Cleef & Arpels. Presence of eagle head hallmark for 18-carat gold and trace of maker's hallmark.
