18k white gold ring (750°/°°) set in the center with a large Ceylon cushion-cut sapphire weighing 10.80 carats, featuring an intense "Cornflower" blue color and heat-treated (accompanied by a Bellerophon certificate). The sapphire is flanked by two rows of high-quality brilliant-cut diamonds and accented by three diamonds on either side of the setting, totaling approximately 0.30 carats.
