A handsome and elegant pair of candelabra in bronze with a nuanced brown ormolu patina, representing two young women on their feet, draped in the antique style and holding a cornucopia from which three arms of light escape, decorated with acanthus leaves, seeds, flutes, gadroons and suspended cannonballs, linked by chains to a central shaft adorned with spiral flutes, lion heads and a basket of fruit and foliage. It rests on white marble columns adorned with friezes of pearls, chasinettes, pastilles and acorns in bronze or brass, terminating in square-section bases with recessed corners.
