    Pair of candelabras with four lights with deep black marble shaft with rich ormolu and cloisonné decoration of polychrome champlevé enamels in the manner of Byzantine arabesques, embellished with faces of crowned bearded men, they rest on circular bases supported by four lions' legs.

    These candelabras bear the signature around the base F.BARBEDIENNE for Ferdinand BARBEDIENNE (1810-1892) model attributable to the work of Louis-Constant DEVIN French designer sculptor ornamentalist, main collaborator of Ferdinand BARBEDIENNE from 1855 to 1888.

    These candelabras have kept all their original gilding with some traces of light wear, a chain is missing and a part has been restored (see photos but nothing important), beautiful shine of fine black marble.
