Pair of Charles X period torches in patinated and gilt bronze. The base is decorated with a border of palmettes and lotus. The shaft is decorated with caryatids representing vestals dressed in ancient tunics with their hair tied in a turban. In the upper part, the shafts are decorated with a palm tree.
