Magnificent set of three large identical chandeliers, in bronze and brass, for a prestigious residence.
Elegant and of rare finesse, each of these chandeliers has 10 sconces.
The central part consists of a large circle decorated with smiling female faces and separated by rosettes. Under each of these masks lean 10 arms split in volute, connected by fine garlands of pearls. The candle holders and cups are decorated with chiseled ornamental motifs alternating leaves and refined streaks.
Garlands of pearls connect the circle to the shaft. At the lower end of it, the central part is extended by a fluted ogival element and in the upper part, a crown of variegated palmettes takes place in a basin decorated with garlands of pearls attached to the central disc. Acanthus leaves also adorn the top of this barrel.
