A superb, monumental lamp in Paris porcelain, made around 1960 by a renowned Parisian workshop.

This unique piece combines the finesse of French porcelain with the refinement of a black and gold decoration entirely applied by hand.

The body, shaped like a covered pot, bears the historic mark of Porcelaine de Paris, a company founded in 1773 and heir to the La Courtille factory.
The gilded motifs, delicately placed on a deep black background, reveal meticulous craftsmanship and remarkable technical mastery, typical of Parisian workshops of the 1950s and 60s.
The lamp rests on a carved wooden base and comes with its original, large, braided lampshade, whose green and gold trim harmoniously complements the decoration on the base.
Together, it forms a spectacular piece, ideal for an elegant living room, an executive office, or a prestigious lobby.
