Lovely pair of Chinese porcelain lamps mounted in gilt bronze. The gilt-bronze base uses all the vocabulary of the Louis XVI style. A bouquet of flowering and leafy branches in gilded bronze escapes from the neck of each vase and magnificently decorates the void between the vase and the lampshade. The lampshade, in pleated silk, is fully lined and highlighted with piping braids around the base and top, elegantly finished with a scroll to great effect. The body of the vases is decorated with horsemen in large reserves and wooded landscapes in small reserves. Very good overall condition , electrical assembly redone and in very good condition . Lamp height 47 cm. With lampshade 70 cm . Dimensions of gilded bronze base 13 x 13 cm
