Delivery

Our main warehouse is located in Montpellier, in the south of France. Most of our stock is shipped from here.

For small items weighing less than 20 kg and with a circumference of 180 cm (l + h x 2), the parcel measures approximately 50 x 30 x 40 cm.

Delivery within 7 to 14 days, depending on your location.

Bulky goods to the UK and EU

These items are shipped by our own partner carriers operating between the UK, France and Spain. We aim to deliver within 2-4 weeks. We can ship to other EU countries, but delivery times may vary.

Large items - Overseas delivery

We will need your full address in order to obtain the actual cost of shipping from our partner carriers.

Once all costs have been agreed, we will organize packing and crating if necessary.

The shipment will then be delivered to our forwarding partners in the UK and booked for the next crossing.

Delivery time may vary from 2 to 4 weeks depending on your destination.

If you don't have a customs broker to deal with customs duties (you may be liable for taxes on your purchase) and administrative formalities, our forwarding partners can help you.

Overseas deliveries can take between 4 and 8 weeks.

Insurance

For shipments with additional insurance, in the event of damage in transit, please report any damage immediately to the destination carrier and to us, so that we can initiate the claims procedure.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange a return and refund.

Returned items must be in the original packaging as received.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

The purchaser must notify the shipping company concerned that this is a return shipment and cover all costs.
