Nice set of napkin pleated woodwork for stairs:
- 12.3 linear meters of low paneling height 91 cm in 8 panels of 200 196 195 182 172 148 80 57 cm,
- slope of 26,5 % approximately, corresponding to a rise of 99 cm on a length on the ground of 180 cm that is to say 6 steps of 30 cm of depth and 15,5 cm of height (see attached plan).
- these technical elements step height / step depth are the characteristics of a comfortable staircase to climb.
The set is in a noble hardwood, pegged, it has never been painted. It is in very good condition and, rarely, COMPLETE of its baseboards and chair rails.
It dates from the 19th century, a period that was commonly inspired by earlier styles, with a beautiful quality of wood and fine craftsmanship.
Very nice quality material for a chic/charming and original decoration once painted, which will take the light superbly.
