A pair of transoms mounted here in symmetry to create a very large bull's eye, 128 cm in diameter, with a charming and highly decorative drapery pattern.
They date from 1834 and come from a provincial lycée named Collège Royal by Louis Philippe in 1845.
They are in superb, solid blond oak (thickness 6.4 cm), in very good condition.
