Overall length: 28 cm; Barrel length: 12 cm – Muzzle diameter: 14 mm
Double-over-and-under octagonal barrels with rifled bores; half-grain front sight. Marked 56 and signed Antonio Franzini. Cleaning rod on the left side.
Engraved breech.
Rear plates, signed COLOMBO IN MILANO in an oval and engraved with scrolls. Crested hammers with dog heads.
Nickel silver trigger guard with baroque decorations and two faces. Double trigger.
Walnut stock, carved in hollow and marked 10. Brass thumbpiece.
Nickel silver cap with foliage decoration.
Some pitting, but overall in good condition and working order.
