Round, six-chamber, hand-turned cylinder with foliage decoration.

Steel carcass with case-hardened remnant, engraved with scrolling foliage; with door on right side rising to access primer band, door marked: MEYNARD'S PATENT - SEP. 22. 1845. And serial number 268.
Trigger tail and cylinder release pusher.
