Bronze barrel, round, with four registers; grooved, smooth, chiseled ring, round with flat on top. The muzzle is rimmed with a pearled ring. Straight brass front sight. Signed on the top on the thunder side with the letters G.F.D.
Round-body lock, in bronze, chiseled with foliage with a reserve for the signature G.F.D. Swan-neck hammer with reinforcement, flat body, engraved with foliage scrolls. Brass bassinet, brass bassinet cover chiseled with a shell and lined with iron; chiseled spring.
Brass counterplate, carved in relief with flowers and foliage, openwork.
Brass fittings, chiseled and engraved en suite. Openwork trigger. Pommel with long tail engraved en suite, with cap nail in relief engraved in flower.
Long barrel mount, in walnut, carved on two registers with foliage and flowers.
Wooden ramrod with brass tip.
Cracks on the barrel and butt, old and stabilized.
Very good condition.
