Four blue-finished revolving barrels, numbered one to four.
Steel frame engraved with scrollwork, hallmarked "ELG" within a circle representing the ordinary proof of a black powder weapon in Liège, Belgium, and a "D" surmounted by a crown; numbered one to four at the barrel locations and signed "MARIETTE BREVETÉ" on the strap. Serialized on the top "307" and hallmarked "L.F" with a crown.
Ring-shaped trigger, subsequently chiseled.
Blackened walnut stock plates, held in place by a guilloché screw.
Double-action system.
