Samurai "Mempo" half-mask in brown lacquered wrought iron (slightly missing).
Pronounced chin, mobile nose, large brown horsehair moustache, pierced nostrils, red lacquered upper lip, visible upper and lower teeth, sweat hole under the chin.
Red lacquered interior (slightly missing - the red color was intended to inspire courage and hide blood).
Four-step wrought-iron "Yodare-kake" (Gorgerin) in gloss black lacquer and light-blue silk braid, the reverse in brown lacquer.
Dimensions: 21 x 18 x 12.5 cm.
