The lower part of this trumeau mirror features a rear glass that occupies approximately one-third of the surface.
The upper part features an oil painting on canvas depicting a man of the cloth visiting the needy.
The latter, a family of farmers, prostrate themselves at the man's arrival.
These elements, enhanced by a gilded wood frame festooned on the inside, is molded with decorations of shell pearls, scrolls and vegetal compositions.
The back features an eyebolt for perfect attachment to the wall.
Interesting for its size, this gilded wood overmantel will easily find its place on a wall or simply on a piece of furniture.
