    Napoleon III period mirror, narrow and elongated format (H. 164 cm × L. 48 cm), in wood and stucco.

    The frame is repainted in matte white highlights and gilded with gold leaf on all the ornaments. The pediment presents a central medallion with a female face with flowered hair, framed by scrolls and topped with a ribbon bow. The side uprights are decorated with floral and foliage bouquets in gold applique, as well as a frieze of pearls framing the mirror. The lower corners are decorated with motifs of acanthus and golden flowers. The ice is original, with old patina. The solid wood rear panel is new, testifying to a careful recent restoration. Weight: 25 kg. Price: 1,850 EUR.
