Jean-Paul SURIN was born in 1946 in the Ardennes region of France. He is a landscape painter whose work is vibrant with color.
He spent his childhood and part of his youth surrounded by the rugged and varied landscape that profoundly influenced him.
He draws inspiration from the atmosphere, scents, and colors of a place, bringing light and texture to his work to restore nature's natural beauty.
He studied at the School of Fine Arts and taught his art for several years. He has been a member of the Société des Artistes Français since 1976. His work has been exhibited worldwide.
