Large painting by Pierre Rosenau from the 30s and 40s, representing a landscape in eastern France. This artist worked for ten years in Gallè's studio, before creating his own studio in the Faubourg Saint Antoine in Paris. This painting has about twenty different woods, from the lightest to the darkest, in order to create this landscape and give it this impressive relief.
