    Description:
Serge Belloni, known as "The Painter of Paris," devoted his artistic life to capturing the timeless essence of Paris and Venice. Day after day, in all weathers, he immortalized the ever-changing faces of the City of Light and the City of the Doges.

This fine painting transports us to Paris, offering a splendid view of the Tuileries Garden in spring—a rare subject for Belloni.
