oil painting on canvas of the late sixteenth century representing the famous scene entitled children eating a watermelon (which turns out to be a yellow melon) made by the artist between 1670 and 1675 by Bartolomé Esteban Murillo (1618-1682) whose original is in the Pinacoteca of Munich. The painting presented here is a workshop of Murillo. The canvas is re-canvassed and on a label at the back we can read the provenance of this one. Its measures are 134 cm x 100 cm.
