The tray is hollowed out with circular slots to hold small covered pots (called pots à crème or pots à jus), which were used to present crème desserts, sorbets or condiments in an individual and elegant way.
Beautiful embossed knobs on the lids depicting a leafy bud enhanced with gold.
Each piece (pots and tray) is adorned with an elegant gilded monogram (initials MC or ML interlaced) with scroll decorations.

The porcelain is white, highlighted with gold and sky-blue fillets.
