Beautiful Art Deco table service, created for the 1925 Universal Exhibition. This service was decorated by Haviland / Limoges for the Léveillé & Mabit house, 33 rue des Marais in Paris. One of the photos shows the origin of this original service. The service is in very good condition.
The service includes: 22 large plates of 25 cm in diameter, 9 dessert plates of 22 cm, 1 large hollow dish of 32 cm, 1 large salad dish of 25 cm, 1 large round dish of 29 cm, 1 large round dish of 32 cm, 1 tureen of 30 cm, 1 tureen of 35 cm, 1 gravy boat of 23 cm, 2 displays of 23 * 13 cm in height and 24 cm by 15 cm in height, 2 oval dishes of 35 and 40 cm, 2 small 20 cm cutlery rests. In total the service includes 44 pieces. Very good state.
The pattern represents green scrolls around a geometric pattern on a white background and with a gold edging. Completely Art Deco.
