Important Soup tureen and its presentation dish in kiln-blue LIMOGES Porcelain.
The soup tureen, lid and platter are decorated with pretty bouquets of golden flowers in shades of red and green on a background of white and kiln-blue porcelain.
The whole is embellished with rinceaux and fillets in fine gold, and the contours of each piece are also highlighted with gold fillets.
The four feet and two handles are entirely gilded.
The lid is topped by a magnificent fretel in the shape of an artichoke, also gilded.
This set comes from the LECLAIR factory at 4 avenue de la révolution, LIMOGES, in the mid-20th century. Marked on reverse of each piece

Tureen measures 41 cm long with handles and 22 cm wide
