We call botanical decorations representing only one plant per plate for example, (existing and not interpreted) as on a herbarium, without concern of ornamentation in bouquet or mixture of several flowers.
We have 12 plates decorated with 12 different flowers (sweet peas, volubilis, roses ....) and 2 mounted plates grouping the flowers of the plates.
It is a work of the early nineteenth century in porcelain of Paris.
Condition:
Excellent condition for this type of object, one and only one chip to a plate, beautiful gilding very little worn, one plate very slightly smaller, but it is not a dessert plate.
