    Large Paris Porcelain Vase – Napoleon on Horseback Design – Empire Style
    An elegant polychrome and gilded porcelain vase with an emerald green background, featuring a rich design inspired by the First Empire.
    Baluster-shaped, this vase rests on a square-based pedestal and features two beautiful gilded side handles depicting stylized swan necks and heads.
    The body is adorned with a hand-painted central panel depicting Napoleon Bonaparte on horseback, in uniform and wearing his famous bicorne hat, set against a landscape animated by figures.
    This historical scene is framed by delicate arabesques and gilded foliage motifs, set against a deep emerald green background.
    The flared neck, the pedestal, and the square base also feature abundant gilded decoration.
    The interior of the vase is glazed white.
    Beneath the base is a mark painted in blue, accompanied by a partially legible handwritten inscription.
