    Description :
Chiseled bronze with brown patina, white marble.
This pair of statues represents two drunken putti celebrating the harvest, their heads are crowned with grapevines, they each hold a bunch of grapes and one of them carries a libation cup.
They are sitting on a stump symbolized as a seat, the naturalistic ground is strewn with grapes and leaves.the marble base is designed on an architectural model, drummed on a square base and carried by four grooved and scrolled buttresses. The quality of the work of bronze is of a lively and subtly outré drawing specific to the old regime, we will notice the chubby faces, the gestures of the putti, the face frozen of drink of one of the two.The chiseling is of an exceptional finesse, the closed eyes of one of the putti are representative. The least detail is represented without weakness.
The initials JG are inscribed under a statue in the part placed on the terrace, so invisible without disassembly.
