Antique white marble sculpture representing Marie-Antoinette (1755-1793), the Austrian archduchess who would become the wife of King Louis XVI and the last Queen of France.
Her face is slightly turned to the right. Her headdress composed of curls and curls is embellished with the presence of a rose.
Her shoulders are covered with a fabric, tied naturally on the chest, and leaving a slightly visible lower part of lace.
On the right side of the dress is a magnificent hanging pompom. The care and precision of the details, the finesse of the face, of the clothes are of the highest quality.
