Her slender posture and playful gaze suggest an allegory of love, of love at first sight, thanks to this woman whose pose, inspired by Art Deco geometry, is seized by a mad passion at the sight of her beloved.
The petrified water technique used is not that of sculpture, but of molding. Thermal mineral springs are used to create decorative objects in calcite. The artisan gives artistic form to the limestone without sculpting it, through two techniques: inlay on a mold and crystallization, resulting in this realistic, brilliant, and stunning piece.
