Indonesia, 19th century or earlier, in the spirit of the Majapahit period, superb old bronze sculpture depicting a royal couple sailing on a richly decorated boat with a dragon's head at the bow. Beautiful patina. High quality creation. Very unusual piece showing the king paddling in front of the nonchalantly seated queen.
Length 16 cm. Height 9.7 cm.
