A group of terracotta children entitled "A Project" by the sculptor Luighi Salesio, 1890-1925. The ensemble is charming, imbued with tenderness and simplicity in the depiction of a moment, a conversation between children: a little girl and two little boys. The base of the work is signed Salesio on the back, terracotta art 807.
Note a very solid old restoration on one of the child's legs in the center, which does not detract from the object's value. The sculpture has been patinated with a light milky white wash. A decorative object that absorbs light well.
