Shipping
Our main warehouse is located in Montpellier, in the south of France. The majority of our stock is shipped from there.
For small items weighing less than 20 kg and with a circumference of 180 cm (W + H x 2), the package measures approximately 50 x 30 x 40 cm.

If you do not have a customs broker to handle customs duties (you may be liable for taxes on your purchase) and administrative formalities, our freight forwarding partners can assist you.
These overseas deliveries can take between 4 and 8 weeks.
Insurance
For any shipment with additional insurance, in the event of damage during transit, please report any damage immediately to the destination carrier and to us so that we can initiate the claims process.
Returns

Returned items must be in the original packaging as received.
