Pair of Chinese armchairs in richly carved solid wood, dating from the 19th century. The backrest is adorned with a large oval medallion finely worked in relief, depicting floral scenes animated by birds, framed by dynamic plant motifs. The top of each backrest is crowned by a majestic phoenix carved in high relief.
