Elegant cabriolet armchair with a medallion back, in molded and carved beech, with whiplash armrests, resting on four tapered, fluted, and rudenté legs (minor damage, usual restorations, and reinforcements).
Stamped Georges Jacob, received as a master in Paris in 1765.
Early Louis XVI period.
Good condition.
Upholstered in crushed velvet decorated with interlacing foliage and semi-florets in raspberry tones, in very good condition.
