Louis XV style footrest with six curved cabriole legs, sculpted and ending in volutes characteristic of this style.

The dark-colored wooden frieze is decorated with rocaille sculptures and floral motifs. The seat is covered with an emerald green damask fabric patterned with laurel wreaths and small flowers, bordered with a golden braided braid. The interior structure retains a traditional filling on interwoven burlap straps, testifying to ancient artisanal work. A label from a Parisian carrier specializing in art objects is stuck under the seat. Visible wear on the fabric and trimmings. Cleaning and alterations of trimmings to be expected.
