    Rare bench in solid walnut, characterized by its high backrest and Renaissance carvings. It rests on 4 sets of feet, curule shape, carved with acanthus leaves, ending in claw feet connected by a bar. On the front, 3 crosspieces connecting the feet are embellished with a slight carving as well as on the sides. The back part is made up of 2 identical elements and a larger central one. The uprights forming a separation are decorated with plant motifs and surmounted by grotesque heads. The seat is traditional with spring and horsehair straps, upholstered in ecru upholstery.
    This elegant piece of furniture with its elongated seat and high back has the charm of Renaissance furniture.
