Two Thonet No. 432 chairs, a continuation of the range designed by Kohn in 1913 under the same number. When the Thonet-Mundus group integrated Kohn in 1921, Kohn's finest models were still manufactured and labeled "Thonet" in the former Kohn factories until the 1935s. The group also continued to sell the aforementioned models under the KOHN brand (see Kohn catalog 1926).
This pair is in perfect condition, upholstered in patinated white leather, under spikes. American mahogany stain.
The seat is very comfortable and envelops the lower back.
