Baumann stool, circa 1925/30, in very good condition.
Height: 59 cm, diameter: 36 cm. The standard height for a chair or low stool is 47 cm; this stool allows for a more upright posture than the standard seated position. I've included a photo of the stool next to a standard-sized stool.
The seat is made of thermoformed wood and is in good condition. The entire piece is light walnut. The seat pattern is specific to Baumann and therefore easily identifiable.
Sturdy and suitable for everyday use.
