Pair of director's stools in solid Lucca walnut, dating from the first half of the 19th century.
The rectangular seat is surrounded by turned armrests and curved uprights, characteristic of the Empire style.
The legs are connected by stretchers and terminate in a curved foot.
Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen using the traditional method of hand-applied shellac and alcohol.
Origin: Lucca, 19th century.
