Louis XVI period solid silver coffee pot, blackened wood side handle, finely worked lid rim, a JBD monogram engraved on the side.

Our coffee pot is from the 18th century and bears the hallmarks of the Fermiers Généraux de Paris, the crowned date letter P for the year 1789, the charge and discharge hallmarks and the PB (unidentified) goldsmith's hallmark.

Beautiful model for an 18th-century silver connoisseur, in very good condition. No deformation. The end of the grip is slightly damaged, but this has no effect on the use of the pourer.
